Our patients are escorted directly from bedside by the ground crew to the awaiting air ambulance.

The patient is loaded directly from the ground unit into the aircraft. Upon arrival at the destination airport, an awaiting ground ambulance crew will continue to escort the patient directly to the bedside of the receiving location.
