When the need for air ambulance services arise, Air Ambulance 1 understands our clients and patients will have plenty of arrangements to make outside of their flight planning.  Therefore, we train all Flight Coordinators to handle complete bed-to-bed transports in a simple and short phone conversation.

Our Flight Coordinators monitor your trip from start to finish and make sure all parties involved are aware of the progress of the flight.

Should a change occur within the trip, our Flight Coordinators will update the originating and destination medical facilities, alert the ground ambulance service and update the airport crew of the planes arrival.
